Bathed in natural light, the dining room at Demeure À Fleur de Rance is one of the most vibrant spaces in the house. Open onto the garden and set right next to the indoor pool, it hosts meals, large family tables, games, conversations that run late into the evening, and all those moments that make up the memory of a stay.
Its layout was designed to bring together elegance, fluidity and conviviality.
The dining room stands out for its flexibility. The custom-made tables can be moved and rearranged according to the needs of the moment, whether for an intimate meal or a large family gathering.
The glass partition separating the room from the pool can be folded back to create direct access to the water. Around the pool, wooden seating features beautiful saddles, a refined nod to the history of the place, once a stable in the early 20th century. On the ceiling, the Demeure’s logo, engraved in relief, discreetly signs the space.
In winter, the fireplace enhances the room’s conviviality and gives it an even warmer, more welcoming atmosphere. The room then becomes a central place to gather after a day exploring the Emerald Coast or after a moment at the spa.
The dining room’s close proximity to the kitchen, along with the option to separate the spaces using a large sliding door, makes organising the stay easier. Two staircases also provide access to the upper floor, while outdoor access points complete the flow and enhance guests’ independence.
The dining room can seat up to 30 people. It is therefore just as well suited to large families as it is to groups of friends who want to share real meals together, in an elegant and comfortable setting.
It is a space designed for shared living, but without rigidity. Here, people eat, talk, celebrate and take their time.
