The living room at Demeure À Fleur de Rance offers a particularly warm atmosphere, ideal for relaxing as well as for conversation. Parquet flooring, custom-made wooden furniture, carefully chosen materials: everything comes together to create a refined, enveloping space.

It’s a place to settle in and read, chat, enjoy the home cinema, or simply share an evening by the fire, in an atmosphere that is both cosy and full of life.

A living room ideal for shared moments

The mix of wood, leather and fabric gives the living room real warmth, both soft and elegant. On the wall, a collection of seascapes and sculptures naturally draws the eye and contributes to the place’s distinctive identity.

A leather saddle-stool bench sits proudly among the armchairs and sofas, while a bronze horse’s head, placed at the foot of the staircase leading to the upper floor, pays tribute to the history of the site. Everyone can find their own corner, their own pace, their own way of using the living room.

A library and light that give the room character

At the far end of the room, the custom-built library lines the wall beneath the staircase and houses beautiful books as well as a few pieces sourced by the owners, who are art enthusiasts. A large arched window lets in natural light and softens the whole space.

The living room then gains depth and comfort, with that feeling of being in a true family home full of memories, where every element has found its rightful place.

A space that transforms over the course of the stay

The living room can also turn into a dance floor for those who wish. Out of respect for the neighbours, music is played indoors only. This flexibility makes it a space appreciated by families and groups of friends alike, who want to switch between relaxation and conviviality.

The living room can seat up to 30 people.
