Set up behind the large wooden counter, it allows meals to be prepared in particularly comfortable conditions, with equipment that is both professional-grade and easy to use.

The kitchen is equipped with large bar fridges with doors and drawers, a dishwasher, a glass washer, a six-tier oven with steam and fan-assisted heat, a deep fryer, a griddle, four induction hobs, a plate warmer, a beer pump, a still and sparkling water dispenser, as well as a 30 kg ice maker. A cold room can also be made available for larger events.
This equipment allows for comfortable hosting, without compromising on quality of use or organisation. It is particularly appreciated by private chefs who can come and exercise their talents without having to bring all their own equipment.
The bay window opens directly onto the terrace-garden, which can be covered and heated if needed. The large wooden counter can then be turned into a bar or a large serving area, while the kitchen table on wheels can be moved outside to extend mealtimes.
A large barbecue is also set up on the terrace, in front of the kitchen, for grilling and outdoor lunches. On the upper floors, three further kitchens equip the different accommodations, offering guests greater independence.
